Reply Anytime provides AI-powered receptionist services including call answering, SMS responses, and email handling. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis at $299/month following an initial onboarding call.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
You agree to use Reply Anytime only for lawful business purposes. You may not use our services for any illegal activity, to harass individuals, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions beyond our control.
All content, technology, and materials provided by Reply Anytime remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any content or information you provide to us for the purpose of configuring your AI receptionist.
We treat all customer information and call data as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service or as required by law.
Reply Anytime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
